Lovely little house in the old part of town, characterful with thick walls and deep set windows
There's a lovely pellet fire in the living room and air conditioning/heating in both bedrooms
Downstairs the bedroom is very big with an ensuite bathroom.
Upstairs there's a dining/living area and small kitchen, and the second bedroom and main bathroom.
There was a bowl of fresh fruit waiting for us, and the kitchen has a good coffee capsule machine.
Our host was very friendly and helpful.
Great water pressure in the shower.
Cosy warm bedding - we stayed there in April, night time temperature dropped to 5C

Everything we needed was contained there and the house itself was all we hoped it would be. Felt so comfortable and quiet in a corner of a small village. The unexpected bonus of having sufficient off road parking in an attached garage allowed us to park all 6 motorbikes safely. The friend of the proprietor just next door has perfect French if you don't speak Portuguese, and conversed about us arriving there and showed us the facilities in our rented house and the village.

Absolutely amazing apartment . From the moment we entered until when we departed everything was absolutely perfect. Host left snacks, jams, bottled water and a huge bowl of fruit. Internet was incredible, our bed was the most comfortable we have slept in. Every extra was at our disposal. The view from the window was lovely, restaurants and the old town right there. The apartment was super clean and the living room amazingly easy to settle in and relax. If there was a score out of 100 ..this property deserves 110. I am a genius member of booking.com and this apartment is seriously fabulous! I highly recommend it to anyone thinking of staying in this amazing town! Didn’t want to leave!
