The house was very clean when we arrived and plenty of equipment (towel, dishes, soap, ...) was provided. The landscape around the house is simply beautiful. The owner is extremely nice and accommodating.

The Santa Cruz villas is a very nice location in Flores. Very clean and comfortable place in Santa Cruz. But what is the best is Pedro's service ! He is there for you and to take care of your comfort. Pedro welcomed us at the villa and the communication was easy with him. The Flores tour boat that Pedro organised for us and another family was amazing and has been one of my favorite event in Azores :). Flores is a little paradise !

Nothing, full of bugs rats and insects, worst humidity ever, the bed and the mattress are from one horror movie by 1965, also impossible to sleep for the position of the apartment, please avoid this scam!!
Also this rent is handle by another agency and not booking, they didn’t tell us about the party and was impossible to sleep because they played music until 4am for two days.
If I want party I go to Ibiza, not in a town of 70 people in Azores

We really enjoyed our stay at Retiro das Camélias. The accommodation was very clean, the furnishing is modern and although it is a small local accommodation it has amenities like a Hotel (Shampoo, Soap, Hairdryer, free Coffee & Tea, extra pillows and blankets).
The owner is very friendly, helpful and reliable. Communication was great.
We would definatly come back and can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.

Houselady has arranged for us a fresh fish from local fisherman for our evening grill party. Just great! Accommodation was very clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Parking is just in front of the villa. 20 minutes drive from airport.
The garden with a hammock was amazing! The house was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfy!!! Ricardo gave us the best up to date tips for the hikes that no one else gave us, the info was very helpful, thanks again! It was close enough to walk to the town to the restaurants. There are nice snacks to be found in the nearby Café. There are good hikes around and we even managed without a rental car. We appreciated insect screens.

Low pressure in the shower but i think it's commun in Azores.
There were also a dehumidifier and a heating device, but i doubt the last one made any difference.
