This is a really comfortable cottage with 2 bigger rooms & one single room, one shared bathroom, and deck out from the lounge with a lake view. Wooden floors. Double glazed so cosy even though it was winter.
2 heat pumps (lounge & hall) and we enjoyed the wood fire . We were a group of three friends & it was great - private & great for cooking meals. 10 mins drive to Rotorua.

It was a very quiet street. Making it easy to relax.
The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you needed, which is unusual but a pleasant surprise.
