The accommodation was perfect for our needs and is very convenient for Hobbiton taking just 8 minutes to drive to the Shires Rest where the movie set tours depart. The holiday home was spotlessly clean and well equipped. We only wish we could have stayed longer.

Stunning location, the hosts here go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. We loved this cottage and the chickens and sheep were a bonus. My kids fed both. We loved the dog. Everything about our stay was exceptional and we will most definitely return here again!

Wonderful luxury cottage. Quiet and peaceful. Great location for exploring. Helpful and kind hosts with plenty of prompt communications. Enthusiastically recommend.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
It was close to the Hobbiton attraction and our host was exceptional, he was really helpful and kind. Very clean facilities, and most importantly a warm place to come back to. We appreciated having the little kitchenette where our host left some bits and bobs for breakfast, which was really convenient.
The staff were friendly, great motel, very clean and comfortable. I like that there is a spa you can use.(we didn't get to use it this time )
I love the playground, handy to know for our grandchildren.
Late check out was available if needed.
Amazing views, very calm and peaceful, there were sheeps, ducks and cows in view, which our toddler loved seeing! The place was very clean and well equipped, the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. We would love to come back!
