Wonderful grounds, landscape and area with sheep just outside your house and little chickens in front of your door every morning. The house is absolutely gorgeous, fully renovated but hasn’t lost its charm in any shape or form.
The owner was very accommodating and super friendly.
The kitchen was fully equipped and we had fresh eggs and a few basic items in the fridge. There is a big supermarket in a lovely town nearby with everything you need about 9 car minutes away.
The house is in a more rural, natural area which was exactly what we needed, but you need a car (or a bike) for sure.
The master bedroom was wonderful, the other two bedrooms a bit smaller and maybe rather for kids/teenagers.
We really enjoyed our stay including our small dog, who enjoyed the view from the window onto the sheep every morning.

It's just the best choice I've ever made in my life. Everything you can possibly think you have. The outdoors areas are brilliant. Fireplace was so cozy. I couldn't even thing about the bad weather.
So modern house. The toilet it's like a spa. Very central. You have all the facilities by 3 minutes by walking. The bus stop it's 6 minutes, you can take it, stop at Schiphol airport, take a train and you will be there at Amsterdam in a few minutes with no problem. Nicole it's so kind and friendly. We got a lovely gift. I highly recommend this apartment. It was such a lovely experience.

We stayed for a week and it was a very nice stay. You can tell the efforts Nancy and Baner put to make the place cozy and comfortable. Lots of awesome details, for example the night light under the bed/near the stairs, blankets, and outdoor furniture etc. The stuff in and out are well picked with taste, especially the bedding - I like the duvet cover and pillow cases in particular and instantly! Needless to say the stunning surroundings. Love it, thanks for hosting us!

my stay at kevin's apartment has been great. very clean and tidy. the apartment is nice, comfortable bed and a nice Bathroom. the neighbor are quite and i had the opportunity to work with my laptop on a big table in the leaving room. well equipped kitchen helped me to cook a few meals . well connected with the airport, i reached Alphen in less than 30 minutes
Like the location with the park, a good place to stay with the kids. The restaurant for dinner was also great. The facility is a bit old for the room we stayed, but it is very clean.
Lovely room with beautiful decoration, very clean, with excelent wi-fi and comfortable bed. Excellent location : right in the center of Alphen aan den Rijn, close to major cities and the coast ( especially if you have a car ). Biggest plus of this property is its amazing host : Jan Vic !!! Very kind, friendly, helpful, gave us many useful information and tips. We would definitely stay again and we highly recommend it !!!
I booked a room for 3 with my family and we enjoyed our stay here. The room is very clean, spacious and modern. We found everything we needed and additonally there is free ticket to visit the bird park. Free parking is also a plus.
We were quite blown away by how great the room was. Very clean, beautiful and COZY. Fantastic attention to details, both in terms of how well the decorations and color choices were made, but also with all the things that was in the room. Nice with a proper coffee machine that also could make hot water. Nice tea. Very friendly hosts.
