A clean, spacious, and comfortable room, simple but perfectly suitable for a good stay. The staff were quick and helpful, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. For divers, the jetty is less than a ten minute walk away, so the property is very well located. I'd gladly stay again, and can recommend!

Private Rooms are clean and in general good repair. Shower pressure was good and it was hot.
The beds were comfy and the Aircon worked. The sheets and bedding were very clean. I stayed in two rooms the standard room with a window had some mosquitos (as to be expected) the other room I stayed in without the window did not appear to have any
We stayed in a private two person room. The room was very clean and exactly as in the photos. The AC and hot water worked well and the bed was comfortable. The location is okay - given that it’s semporna and there is all parts of town are rather dirty and grubby, I guess the fact that it was sort of central is what counts. The staff was friendly. There was free water, which was nice. After all, it’s quite cheap, so that’s a plus.
Beautiful garden, quiet street, very clean and comply room with good A/C. Good to stay and relax before and after diving. I would stay again.
The staff was also very nice, however their English was very basic. It’s a bit outside Semporna town but it’s easy to walk like 10 mins.
If there is 11 stars I would give place that. A few things positive about the place:
1) very clean and well maintained
2) sell necessities available at reasonable price.
3) toiletries very complete
4) international plugs all available for foreign traveller even though I don’t need it.
5) nice speaker and tv
