Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Stayed when I visited Malawi in December 2023. The staff are all friendly , ever smiling and ready to help. The room was very clean and lots of choices for breakfast. The grounds are so green and clean. So serene environment.
The room was very clean. Very basic, just a bed, but the bed was one of the nicer ones I’ve come across in Africa. Nice enough bathroom. For the price this place is very very nice. Breakfast was nothing special but better than nothing.
