The hostel was very clean and comfortable. A very compact kitchen equipped with a microwave facilitated the preparation of simple meals. (Stove not available) Additionally, a communal area furnished with couches, tables, and chairs provided a space for dining, relaxation, and socializing with fellow guests.
I loved my stay here! The owners were very friendly and provided me with first class cleanliness and quietness. They made this stay perfect. The hostel itself was very clean and well kept. The transportation is great, the bean ground coffee available at all times and the free breakfast is a big bonus! I definitely recommend it!
Very clean, efficient staff and very nice family room that was fairly big for the four of us.
Location seemed very good though we only stayed one night.

Only negative was that they wouldn’t reserve a table for me at a restaurant - never understand why you wouldn’t in a customer service environment, and I’d rarely ask but the language barrier stopped me from doing it plus only data on my phone.
Very clean , comfy bed, staff went above and beyond. I cannot remember the blonde girls name but she called and arranged me a dinner reservation to have Kobe beef. Air con was powerful , great for summer! And individual fans at each bunk bed too - much needed
Hotel was conveniently located near a train station and the streets behind the hotel are great for shopping! Room is very clean and relatively spacious. Breakfast was good with a mix of japanese and intercontinental.

Located only 400 meters away from Kobe’s train station, the hotel is very calm and comfortable. Spacious room in Japanese standards, very clean and with all necessary amenities. Free refreshments in the afternoon and very professional and friendly staff. The pricing is very attractive for this level of service, highly recommended.
