A beautiful modern yet traditional home. We only had a short stay but recommend this for other family or large groups.
Rooms were really comfortable and the main bathroom nice.
We also quite enjoyed the breakout room on the upper floor. Daughter turned it into her reading sanctuary.

The annexe was very spacious and well laid-out. Everything we needed for our stay was provided. The host and staff were very helpful and friendly (they invited us to a local festival).
There was a konbini very close by, and a large supermarket a short walk away.
Best of all was the collection of Ghibli films!

The host was a sweetie. Very helpful, organised a taxi for us. The accommodation was very nice, beds were comfy and it was nice and clean. Location was fabulous and there were free bikes to use to ride to Fujinomiya which was only 1.5km away.

The house' exterior and interior design are brilliant. Everything I need are available. Cooking stuff is more than adequate. The staff is very friendly. Good for short-term stay.

This stay was one of the highlights of our trip!! The owner welcomed us very kindly and replied quickly when needed. The house itself was amazing; old, but beautiful, new and modern at the same time. All appliances were new.. the big jacuzzi with view on Fuji making us feel like we stayed at a 5star hotel. I almost would not share this experience with anyone else so I can keep this house a secret for our next trip.. it was THIS good!!

Much better than expected. Good value for money and only 5mins walk to the train/bus station. There was also a cute market on the street outside one of the days we stayed. Small kitchen facilities but a nice communal space and the dorms are super spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Not much space to have your luggage near you. But they also keep luggage before and after check in/out for free.
