Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel was very clean. It was very close to both ski areas. Staff spoke good English. There was a storage area for ski gear and for drying ski boots. There was parking outside the hotel and an overflow carpark at the back.
Everything was very clean, very cosy and there were personal touches to it. The kids loved the Kinder surprise and 5G :D I loved all the equipment and the personalized message ;) Overall a relaxing stay with no problems.
