All was good, I was traveling with kids, there is a beautiful cafe + swimming pool 80m from the property, you need to pay for the pool a bit, but it was a great addition and totally worth it. Sea is close too, and Cefalu is 15 min drive.

Location was perfect for us - close to the beach and easily reached by foot and short drive to Cefalu and vilages in Madonia mountains. Elisa was very welcoming, helpful and proactive. The house is very convenient, has big terrace and outdoor kitchen, big rooms, moskito nets. Bedrooms and shower are situated in the basement (under ground) so you could feel a little cellar odour if you keep the windows closed. House is not new but is kept clean and tidy. There is also a big lawn and a lemon orchard which is nice, especially with little kids. Outdoor shower is also a big plus. Master bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only the 1 fold out bed in the other room was very soft (uncomfortable for adult). But for kids it was fine.

The host was so kind as she was happy to arrange a later check in and showed us to the property. A basic basic breakfast was provided. The property was incredibly clean.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Hosts are super nice people, very lovely and really warm people. What we loved the most is that we had a veeeery big area just for ourselves, when you close the gate from the street you have all the privacy you want or need. The garden is rich with different trees that give all sorts of fruit, which you can try if you are lucky enough to be there at the right time. Also the pool is very clean and there is no additional fee to use it.
This apartment is amazing! We were welcomed by the host in person, who escorted us to the property. We sincerely appreciated the warm-hearted and friendly host. Thanks to google translator, which made it possible to communicate in English/Italian style. This accommodation is very clean and tidy. The restaurant recommended by the host is also excellent, which totally positively changed our impression Pizza.
