From the minute we arrived to this lovely quiet place, the welcome was very professional and friendly. the hosts did everything to make sure that our stay is a comfortable one. the property is so clean and was better what has been discribed when we booked it. Davide, Sylvia and her family are amazing hosts and took care of our needs and our youngest child's needs to perfection. We can't recommend this place enough. we will definitely visit again. Milo the dog was one of the great highlights.

Wonderful to have a whole house to yourself, gives you comfort and privacy. The entrance to the property is via a private garden - beautifully set up and maintained. Lovely also to sit outside . Also loved the indoor bathtub / jacuzzi for two- perfect way to relax. Last but not least the decoration of the house is really well done , cozy and welcoming . On top of the beauty of the property which is super - the owners / hosts are extremely nice and polite and welcoming. We arrived late on a friday night due to heavy traffic and they were super nice about it and concerned for us - even making a dinner reservation for us which we had to cancel as we got in too late . But they were there to greet us with warm smiles and snacks in the fridge yo make us feel at home . Lovely and thank you Martina for being such an amazing hostess !

Tenuta Toscanita is a great villa on a hill surrounded by idyllic wineyards and it has an absolutely amazing swimming pool. The view over the valley towards Cavriglia was amazing, with the sunsets were breathtaking. In front of the windows there were mosquito nets, which were necessary. The location was close to the motorway between Florence and Arezzo and a great base to visit many places in Tuscany.

Everything! Beautiful villa in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. The large 1 bedroom apartment is part of a family home, but it feels like you are the only people there. Very stylish and modern accommodation, in a rustic , charming, peaceful and relaxing setting. Great outdoors areas. We stayed for 5 nights and it was hard to leave. Close to Florence by car or train. Two good coop supermarkets close by. Very comfortable bed. Highly recommend:)

This villa is comfortable with a pool & driveway parking area. It is arranged as three double rooms along a terrace area, plus a kitchen & living room area with big views. There are three sitting areas outside, two with shade & suitable for meals - as one might imagine it for Italy. There's a jacuzzi & pool, which has a corner area with steps, where small children can play. The local area is very peaceful. There's supermarkets some 10km away & things to see in the local area, like the hilltop castle in Poppi. Arezzo is a day-trip down the Arno valley. Danny is a friendly host, with lots of information. We enjoyed our stay.
