It was the best place that we had in our one week holidays in Italy by motorcycle.The owner was very polite and helped us completely by giving us directions so as to make the self check in.She also left us to park our motorcycle just outside the room in her private parking place for cars, for free.She had also coffee cold water and small cakes for our breakfast!

An extremely well-furnished and spacious home. You can tell the hosts used to live there. It's very comfortable and extremely clean. The house is nestled into large grounds. The grounds are just grass and trees, so I don't think they qualify as a garden. Still, it's nice to have the land around you. Note that internet (wifi via a mobile router) is capped at 3GB per week.

We were very positively surprised by the room and service. Checkin was done via phone call and went super smooth. The room was fully equipped and there was also a small shared kitchenette to prepare some hot beverages.
The room is nicely designed and set up and very convenient (as the bathroom). All was new and very clean.
The breakfast was very good and served in a nice and tastefully designed common area.
Overall, we were indeed very positively impressed to stay also off-season in this B&B location.
