Nice location, conveniently connected and not far away from Montepulciano (which is a fantastic city). Spacious house, renovated well. The terrace is really nice to spend some time in the evening. The host is wonderful! Very helpful, friendly, always available. We had no issues with wifi. There is no airco but fans are available and the trees bring needed shade. Sadly piano is not available, it serves as a decoration only, which is understandable but sad that probably guests in the past have broken it.

The views were fantastic. Was situated on top of a steep hill. Quiet and private. Good location for exploring the area. Can walk into Montepulciano if you are up for another steep hill into town. Entrance was gated and felt safe and secure, the area in general seemed safe.
The host was great keep in contact us and met us at the property at check in. Would recommend staying here.

Wow, what a stunning house, in a beautiful location 😍 We were greeted by the host's mother who was so friendly, welcoming and super helpful. She let us into the house and showed us around. She also made the effort to meet us upon check out and wished us well on our jourbey. The accommodation is fantastic. It felt very homely and cosy, with such intricate little details, which made our stay super comfortable. The property is spacious, with lots of different rooms/entertainment spaces. The terrace was a special touch, we watched the sunset and sat up there to enjoy the morning sun. It felt authentic and the stay we were dreaming of. It was both relaxing and super comfortable. This hotel is just amazing its like a little truffle 😁 , the host is very helpful and friendly , very clean , great location , close to all wineries and right in city center - old Town. I definitely wanna come back for truffle hunting when is going to be season.
Staff were all super friendly, our room was really nice and very clean! The grounds were stunning, restaurant for breakfast and dinner was also really delicious. Pool was a perfect temperature.
In Mery's house, everything was perfect. Location was very good and nicest place. Clean, comfortable, nice inside designs, good beds and rooms, very clean bathroom and kitchen. And TV, all appliances were the best quality and very clean. Also. Host Mery was so kind and helped us everything. We visited many airbnb, but this was the best places.
Everything was excellent! The accommodation is situated right at the entrance of the old city center, you can park the car very close to it, there are both free parkings and paid parking, we would definitely choose again this accommodation should we decided to come back. Room looks exactly like in the pics, very clean and spacious.
Owners were very helpfull and appartment was located just right in the middle of Montepulciano. Parking spot was close to the appartement. Appartment was also very clean and nicely decorated.
