The apartment is neat. The kitchen and bathroom are clean and hot or cold water is ready all the time. Many restaurants are near there. The supermarket is 3.5 km away in driving and the apartment is very close to the beach. The owner and family are very nice. I fully recommend it.

The place is amazing, the owner Valeriano met us near the villa, and helped with all the things inside and outside the place, there was a bucket of fruits in the kitchen for us,
there is everything for cooking in the kitchen (and outside for grill), villa is beautiful, lots of flowers in the garden, beds are comfortable, there was a small pool for a kid, umbrellas for the beach (and they also bought a bunch of toys to the beach for my son), actually we had everything we need, there is a supermarket 15 min walk, and beach 10 min walk,
villa is located in a closed area.
We had a wonderful time, highly recommended.

Everything was great. Very friendly and hospitable owner. Great apartment in a quiet part of Nettuno. Not far from the sea, shop or cafe. The apartment had everything you need. We will recommend this place to friends and will return ourselves if possible.
