Hey,Hey! We were here just for 1 night, and it was amazing . Everything was clean and nice, absolutely perfect, and swimming pool. It's so good.Owners are really nice people.
Our flight was at 06:00 in the morning and they were so kind to transfer us to Ciampino Airport. And it is located not too far. This is a small village, really beautiful, just in 5 min. by car to cozy town Frascati, or you can walk around.

Very nicely furnished apartment in the center of the beautiful town of Frascati. Entrance directly from one of the narrow streets. Very close to the train station (where the train to Rome leaves every hour), cafes and restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped, there is a coffee machine, including capsules and coffee cookies :) Very good contact with the nice owner. We felt at home ☺️.

We were very excited, perfect apartment with everything you need. Clean, tidy, well equipped and, as a bonus, a colony of parrots in front of the balcony 😁 3 minutes from the subway station, 25 minutes from Termini. Quiet at night. There is a small shop nearby, a larger supermarket about 10 minutes away. I highly recommend La Gazza restaurant (a few minutes away). Very pleasant and helpful host Simon, thank you very much!

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. Excellent hosts. Place not so easy to reach if you do not have a car, but hosts would help providing you with a lift. Also you can have dinner if you do not want to cook something in your own apartment. Their pasta all'amatriciana is simply fabulous. I did not have time to try their swimming pool. I also appreciated the after dinner conversation, something you would hardly have going alone in a regular restaurant. Very clean.
Excellent location, positive atmosphere, very friendly and professional staff. The room was very clean, tidied up daily, towels changed regularly, the bed was comfortable, nice view from the window. I had a really good night sleep.
For breakfast, there was a variety of freshly baked croissants each morning. Excellent coffee & capuchinno, soya option available.

The location was ecellent, in the heart of the city , a few steps away from the market place. The room was very clean and spacious providing an own very good equipped spacy bathroom. All windows could be opened. The room was very quiet. Mineral water, tea and coffee was available all day and night for free. The room was equipped with a refrigerator, TV and aircondition.
