The overall experience was fantastic, thanks to the wonderful hosts. Upon arrival, we had a seamless check-in using a lockbox, so there was no waiting time. Parking was available as expected, well-arranged for one car. The house provided complete privacy and a cozy atmosphere within the garden, pool, and jacuzzi. Everything was meticulously cleaned, prepared, and ready for use. Inside the house, all necessary amenities were available for an extended stay. The host even changed our bed sheets and towels midway through our visit, which we greatly appreciated. The surrounding area consists of villas, some larger than others, all offering private spaces. It’s a super calm environment with excellent opportunities for exploration and walks. Mini markets are conveniently located in the nearby town, and a major supermarket is just an 8-minute drive away. Definitely highly recommended!

House is located on the edge of a small village, location is peaceful and quiet.
It is quite well equipped, including stuff like table football, table tennis, playstation and a great pool.
Beach is few kilometres away and there are several restaurants nearby.
Owner Luca is great, communication with him was on point and he is trying to give you the best possible experience out of Istria, including nice tips and advices for the trips.

Interior design of the villa is really nice, great location to explore main attractions of Istria, quiet and private, enlosed property was a huge bonus because we were traveling with our dog, two baby beds and two high chairs were provided for our 1 year old twins, very well equipped.

Everything is as shown in the photos. The owners are very approachable and friendly. While a dishwasher would be a nice addition, it wasn't necessary for our short stay. Besides that, the kitchen is very well-equipped with more than enough glasses, cups, plates, and other utensils.

Big, modern and very clean house owned by hosts that did everything to make us feel like at home. The whole property was absolutely amazing. Perfectly equipt with everything that you need for a careless stay. Everything was very clean. Located perfectly in the central Istria with all of the amenities and amazing winaries half an hour away. The host was super nice and helpfull. There are no words to describe the beautiful pool area.
