We had a superb stay at this beautiful property. The villa is new and well decorated, and also equipped with everything necessary for a remarkable vacation. The outside area offers a large salt water pool, which is very clean and looks beautiful with the hacienda style villa. Nevertheless, You can also enjoy an outside grill/kitchen area, a playground for children, and some activities such as table tennis, table football, and darts. All in all, Villa Olivia is a great choice of destination for families and/or friends, who want to enjoy a care free vacation at an isolated and private location.

Villa is equipped to make you feel just like home. Pool is cleaned daily & plants and trees make you feel like in an oasis. Furthermore the host Ivana went out of her way to accommodate us the best she could. I recommend this place and would return anytime.

Nice and clean

Amazing host, speak very good english, always available to answer all the questions in person or by text. She texts us when there were some local events in the area . Host prepared delicious cherry liquor, the other home made spirit and cake ready for us on arrival and plate of fresh fruits when we were leaving, very thoughtful and nice gesture. Host lives in the same building but on the completely different side with separate entrance , so we have full privacy in the property and all surroundings. Property is very specious and have all the facilities you need for comfortable stay. Kitchen fully equipped , there was plenty of pans, pots, glassware all types, cuttlery, plates etc. Host also provided all cleaning detergents like washing up liquid, disheasher tablets , laundry tablets, hand soap, cleaning clothes etc. so anything you we need to keep house clean on every day basis . Amazing outdoor area, with sun lounges, hammocks between trees, if you want to escape from a heat. Barbecue area fully equipped, all you need is charcoal and food . There is a toilet there so you don’t have to walk back to the property. Very clean and big swimming pool, which was cleaned by host 3 times during our 2 weeks stay, always early in the morning so there was no disruption to our stay. Cleanness of the property absolutely top notch, you can actually smell freshness of bed linen. Every room looks exactly like on the photos and descriptions is very accurate. Property is situated in the small town but is an excellent start base to explore Dalmatia region. Two lakes is a must do . They are just 10 minutes drive distance from a property. We have done evening swimming 3 times in Modre Jezioro during our stay. Popular beaches are just 30- 40 minutes drive from Imotski. There is actually not even one thing we can fault. We have an amazing , peaceful time and definitely going back . Big thank you to Host

The villa is great and great view. Even better that we expected, heated pool, sauna and rooms for all of us. We enjoyed.

Luxurious, modern apartment. Free parking along the road and even a secured underground garage. Clear view at the sea from the balcony and even from the living room. Really well equipped kitchen. Every room has a separate air conditioner. It is just like as in the pictures. The apartment is on the top, 4th floor. Really helpful and good owner. Worth every penny.

newly renovated, really nice house and pool. Nice quiet area. But the cool thing is that the children can make as much noise as they want without having to show consideration for others😁😁 You can also feed wild boar close to the house in an enclosure, the kids loved it
