Hard to find to begin with but the host gave us a live location to be able to find correctly.
So much room. Host was amazing let us leave bags whilst getting ready. Drinks were provided for arrival, beers, wine, spirits and soft drinks.
Villa lovely and clean. Pool area nice and clean. Roof top for early sun. I could not fault this villa. We had building works going on around us but that could not be helped whilst Zadar is currently being developed across the city.

The perfection of this villa is beyond my plain language to describe....
In addition to the four bedrooms, the spacious living room is connected to the baking room, and there is a jacuzzi outside. The parking space is very spacious, and it is no problem for us to park two cars.
The host has a very good taste in decoration, and my wife is very satisfied with the kitchen, which has everything you need. What is particularly commendable is that in addition to a variety of seasonings, the hostess has kept squid, apple juice, and milk in the refrigerator. We also found rice, I don't know if it was prepared for us because we come from the East. We are very cheeky to try them all, with the perfect kitchen to support, the dinner that day can be called perfect.
In fact, we decided to stop in Zadar on a whim, so it is beyond imagination to find such a perfect villa.
Of course, under such circumstances, cannot ask oo much for a short distance to downtown. Fortunately, parking in Zadar is very convenient (there are many theoretically free), so commuting from the villa to Zadar is not a problem.

Everything was great, accommodation was new, modern and clean. We liked swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi. Beach was nearby, approx. 3min by walk. If there was some problem, it was resolved by owner immediately. We recommend breakfast because of no possibilities to eat somewhere nearby. Only a few restaurants there.

The villa and apartment were just as nice as we expected based on the photos on the site. 2beds apartment is comfy and has a lot of space. The swimming pool was very clean and never was crowded, my kids enjoyed it a lot. I enjoyed the hammock there) I had been concerned about the distance to the beach where I could go with my kids but it turned out that it was elementary to get there. If you are an adult you can find a lot of places to swim nearby.
The host is great, they even allowed us to enter earlier than planed. The sea just 20 meter far, the view, the great walk from the flat. The flat was very clean.
It was really good time in this apartment. We appreciated it is really close to the beach, apartment is very clean, comfortable and cosy. It was very important for us that the owners are more than kind and polite personns, they are attentive. Thanks for refreshment after long journey.
