It was very clean, the bed was huge! The hosts were really nice and let us check out late. We would recommend this spot to anyone staying in San Pedro that wants a quiet, clean spot to rest and explore.

The family that runs this place are so sweet. Very helpful and always on hand for any of your needs. Free unlimited drinking water was a nice touch. Very clean and a very comfy bed. About a 10mins walk to the centre, plenty restaurants/cafes about a 5min walk.
We had a nice, large room, everything was very clean. It's a close walk to the pier and restaurants and far enough away to be quiet. The shower is probably our least favourite part. It could use an update as the tiles are little grubby. The water doesn't get extremely hot, but enough. The room has a small fan which we needed and it helped a lot to sleep. Breakfast is excellent, your choice from their restaurant menu of eggs, omlette, pancakes, yogurt and granola. And they have a friendly pet turtle. The staff are very nice.
Nice location, big and comfy bed in a spacious room. The room was cleaned almost daily and was Very clean. Also they have really good breakfast. The location is ideal, off enough from the busy-ness of clubs, but still in walking distance of almost all restaurants.
The room was nice and very bright thanks to the big windows and it was very clean. The location was also great as it 5 minute walking from the pier but in a quite spot.
Rooms were very clean, with our own bathroom. We stayed for 4 nights and they emptied the bins and changed our towels regularly which was a treat when travelling. Our bed was big and comfortable. No air conditioning but a fan in the room. The location was close to the main street area of San Pedro.
Staff were very friendly and helpful when booking tours and transfers through the hotel.
