    after a less than ideal first night (due to a noisy neighbour) the owners went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. they transferred us to a room far bigger than the one we had paid for (for the same price) that was far away from said noisy neighbour. they were always on hand to help with any questions we had about that apartment or Xela. the place was also very clean with a very well stocked kitchen. the hotel is also in a very quiet neighbourhood

    Because the hotel is across from central park, I was concerned about noise but our room was very quiet. The hotel is lovely and much bigger than I expected. Very clean, friendly staff and lovely decor.
