This is a very cozy, clean family hotel, where every corner is decorated with great artistic taste. The courtyard is surrounded by greenery. The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from a wonderful sandy beach, many restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, shops and at the same time it is located on a quiet street. There are no problems with parking on the street next to the hotel. The room has everything you need for your stay. The owners of the hotel Athina and Kostas are very nice, friendly and attentive people. The hotel is pet-friendly. I stayed with my dog, who did not want to leave the hotel, it liked it so much. Athina gave me great gifts that she made with her own hands. She is an artist and I assume that she came up with many of the design details in the hotel. It was incredibly nice to take home a piece of hospitable Greece! I really want to come back to this wonderful place again!

Definitely THE BEST ACCOMMODATION IN WHOLE ASPROVALTA REGION. Dont even know where to start. If i wanted to be short i could say it in one word: "PERFECTION".

The place is BRAND NEW. With everything u need inside the appartments. All kitchen amenities were there. Very cozy and comfy bedrooms. The beds were like we were sleeping in the clouds, OMG we looooved it!!
Bathroom perfect same as living room and dinning area.
Very nice lawn and outside chilling space in front of the appartments and around the pool.
Hosts were AMAZING, very friendly, helpfull and polite. Available 24/7. They brought us free gyros in the middle of the night, helped with everything we asked for and made us feel like at home.
Location is awesome. Literally 2 minutes from everything but at the same time, very private and quiet.
We travel whole our life but this is something we never experienced before. If u travel to Asprovalta, this is the only place u should choose, even before the best hotels. Cant wait to go there again. Cheers!! ❤️

This is a perfect place for a relaxing and quiet family vacation. The apartment is on the ground floor and it is ideal for 4 people - 2 bedrooms, a very spacious living room, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Everything is very clean, they even changed the sheets and towels and cleaned the apartment during our 7 days stay. The house just opened for guests this summer.
We could use the whole garden with outside setting and playing area.
It is located in a quite area, less than 5 min by car to the nearest beach. 20-30 min north and south we found small and very charming beaches. There are also shops and restaurants nearby.
The owners are exceptionally kind, welcoming and ready to help with everything. They even invited us to their table, serving local food and beverages. Also the kids (12, 14) felt comfortable and had fun.
We went renting an apartment and left with new friends.

Everything was beyond our expectation. The terrace view was breathtaking, the apartment was very clean, air conditioned worked just fine, the kitchen was fully equipped. This mansion is positioned in a very quiet spot, Miss Esmeralda, the hostess, was very kind, receptive to all our needs / demands and spoiled us with fresh eggs and watermelon from her little farm. Next year we'll be back here for sure.

First of all, the apartment is in perfect condition, is very well designed and it has all the necessary appliances. The location is great because the center of the area and the beach are reachable for less than 5 minutes. However, the apartment is isolated, and you can relax without hearing noises from the street and restaurants. The host was really kind and friendly and kept in touch with us during our whole stay, in case we needed something, and it was always clean. Definitely would visit again!
