Place - if you are looking to switched off ( but literally almost ) than this is the place. 5 minutes drive and you have a lovely village - Vonitza with great food and taverns. 30 minutes drive and you have Lefkada with all touristic vibe and Preveza with IONIAN see beaches :-)

Our stay at Villa Manolia in Preveza, Greece, was absolutely fantastic, and we can't wait to come again! This villa is a dream come true for families and groups of friends.
The spacious living room and terrace were perfect for us to relax and hang out, and the barbecue area added some extra fun to our outdoor gatherings. The brand new outdoor pool was not just refreshing but also looked stunning at night when it was all lit up.
We were blown away by the huge garden, which gave us complete privacy with no neighbors in sight. This meant we had peace and quiet all the time, making it an ideal spot for remote work. We could focus without any interruptions.
Let's talk about Fotis, our host – he was amazing! Fotis gave us fantastic recommendations for local restaurants, beaches, and activities, making our trip even more special. And to top it off, he spoiled us with delicious coffee and treated us to a Greek dinner at a hidden local tavern. It was one of the highlights of our stay!
As for the location, you can't beat it. Villa Manolia is in the perfect spot, making it super easy to get to the beautiful beaches of Parga, Lefkada, and Preveza. It's a central hub for exploring the region.
Overall, our experience at Villa Manolia was absolutely outstanding. From the fantastic facilities to the incredible host Fotis and the ideal location, we highly recommend this villa for an unforgettable vacation in the heart of Greece!

The apartment is very nice, newly decorated and bright. It has a lovely little garden in front of the terrace. The owner Maria is really kind and helpful with everything you need.
Parking in front of the house is possible, and there was always space available.
The beach is close and nice to swim too.

Kids loved the pool and we were pleased that all of us had enough personal privacy facilitated by the number of rooms. Also, as the house is not in an urban area, we enjoyed the silence and sounds of nature by night.

Fabulous apartment, clean and meticulously maintained. Felt like home.away from home - we stayed with our dog for 4 nights and the host was so attentive to all our needs during our stay. Private, quiet and just perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend a visit.
Also, it's only 10 mins from the city so it's easy to get there and back. And there's a super amazing restaurant (Olanthe) that's 3 mins drive from the unit. We ate there twice during our stay.

A wonderful place for a peaceful and quiet vacation. A small, almost private beach where you can enjoy tranquility and crystal-clear sea. Comfortable, spacious, excellently equipped, and impeccably clean accommodation with a fantastic open view of the sea. The lovely cleaning lady takes out the trash each day and every 2-3 days she cleans the rooms, changes towels, linens, etc. A well-stocked supermarket is a 10-minute drive away, along with a bakery and everything you may need. An excellent local restaurant delivers (free of charge) quality food to your door at very reasonable prices.
Haris is a fantastic host who dedicatedly cares for both the houses and the guests. He was extremely helpful with all our needs, friendly, warm-hearted, but at the same time unobtrusive and with absolute respect for our privacy. He adored our dog, and I would say the feeling was mutual.
Haris also recommended and helped organize a boat tour of the neighboring islands, which you really shouldn’t miss. Divine views and beaches that can hold their own compared to anything you might see on the Greek coast! 10+

The house is quite large and comfortable. Newly constructed, very clean and well equipped for up to 4 persons (2 couples) who might want to stay for business or pleasure. The hosts are very polite and they replied immediately to the few inquiries we had. The place is quiet during day and night.
