Quiet, cool and spacious location. The villa is located very close to Falassarna and Kissamos, there is a good bakery and coffee shop. We stayed 3 nights with the family and were very pleasantly surprised how nicely the villa was prepared and the large space it had. Antonela is a very friendly and kind-hearted host. She lovingly prepared including toothbrushes, bath sponges, laundry detergent for the washing machine, medicines, plasters, cretan olives oil, some fruits for the kids, cold water. We had organic eggs from her aunt in the fridge and she came to us with some traditional prepared food. The terrace is large and shaded and the wind is perfect for those hot days. Thank you very much! We will definitely come back!🤗

Everything! The house is everything you need, equpped with everything you need. One of the best beaches of Crete, Falassarna, is only 10 minutes by car. Maria and Babis are the best hosts, they are so kind and they make us feel most welcomed, I would definetly come back to them.

Our stay at Villa Nostalgia was more than perfect, it was a dream. The house is really clean and if you're a perfectionist (just like Monica from Friends TV Show), for sure you'll find the villa, spot free. Even the dishes sponge was brand new, in a package. And this usually never happens. The attention to details is amazing and the design of the house is straight out of Pinterest, really tasteful and minimalistic. We were a group of 5 adults and we enjoyed every minute at Villa Nostalgia, never wanting to leave the place. Every room is amazing and the bathrooms are really well organised. I don't even know where to start in order to describe the common area and the pool. It's perfect, clean, with everything you need. The water is ideal and you can also enjoy the pool at night. The kitchen is well equipped and has all that's necessary in order to cook perfect meals or just prepare a snack. And what about the location? The village is amazing, it has nice architecture and really lovely villagers. We interacted with one of our neighbors, a nice lady called Artemis that gifted us flowers and sweets. The host behave amazing too. Left us a lot of food/activities recommendations and responded to all of our question. He even left us raki - the traditional greek drink at later in our stay he gifted us goodies from the local bakery. The Falasarna beach is 5-10 minutes drive away and besides Balos, Falasarna was our favorite location in Crete. The road to Elafonisi is just one hour away and the road is absolutely spectacular. If you want to visit Balos, villa Nostalgia is also the perfect place to stay because it's just 20 minutes away from Kissamos, the port from which you can take the boat that arrives at Balos. Thank you so much for an amazing stay! We're definitely coming back!

I cannot recommend this accommodation enough. Poppy and Basilis are so welcoming, I felt at home from the minute I arrived. The house is traditional and very beautiful, but has all the things you need, including aircon, fireplace, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen, hair dryer... Poppy's garden really transports you to a different world. The place is just magical and just what you need to rest your soul. I could not have chosen a better place to stay.
