Katia is simply the best host, our family had a wonderful time. The apartment itself is cute, lovingly decorated, spacious and quiet. It's well stocked with everything a family needs from cooking to entertainment. Katia's family live in the rest of the house above the apartment and they are super quiet. The local village does have taverns, a pharmacy and a mini-mart within walking distance, but we were glad we had a car to get to all the amenities of the local larger town called Kiato (beaches, shopping, cafes, taverns) and interesting archaeological sites which are just a few minutes drive away. Will be back to stay again!

The place exceeded our expectations. Very nicely located, two-story, self-contained apartment. Amazing views from both spacious terraces equipped with comfortable furniture.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Comfortable beds, great sheets and towels.
Amazing welcome by the hosts. The welcome basket of products was amazing. Peace and quiet. Trouble-free neighborhood. Easy access (2 minutes walk) to a mostly empty small beach, several others within a 3 minute drive.
Staying at Lake & Sea was to serve as a base for exploring this part of Greece. We had a hard time leaving this place each time. We didn't have enough time to enjoy our stay.

The house is very spacious and comfortable. A huge kitchen with all needed utilities; a huge hall and sitting room with a nice corner I used as holidays office, and 3 spacious bedrooms.

Beautiful environment. Very clean room. We made a booking late in the evening and received feedback immediately. We were there only for one night so didn't used the pool, but it looked beautiful.
