This is a very new or recently renovated house, about 5 minutes drive outside of the main port town of Milos (Adamantas/Adamas). Overall very convenient location to access different parts of the island. Hospitality was at the forefront of the stay; we were greeted in person with a freshly cooked pizza (made from the property's own produce) and the villa was unexpectedly cleaned (several times) after we'd leave for the day's activities. The hosts would bring us fresh fruit and honey, most of it coming from the property itself, and the hosts communicated with me on a nearly daily basis about any possible needs. Breakfast and other food materials were present on arrival and re-supplied as needed throughout our stay, saving us trips to the grocery. The view from the deck is gorgeous, and extends over the gardens/orchards and out to the sea. Amazing sunset views every single evening. It does take a bumpy drive to get up to the villa from the main road on the beach, but if you are familiar with the Greek islands, this is not at all uncommon and simply is part of the truth of "only in Greece". We would absolutely stay here again. Our party of 6 is experienced in traveling Greece and have stayed in many hotels and villas over the years. This villa represents what I would call a good value for your dollar/euro, considering what you are getting; it is a lovely place to stay for your time on Milos.

Exceptional stay, more like an experience. The house is a renovated modern/cycladic style studio sitting right on the beach. The beach is not busy and we had it all to our selves most of the time. Super clean, we had a complementary basket of biscuits, snacks and the fridge was packed with drinks and local eggs! Kitchen was equipped with all you need, spices and local olive oil too. The house os also equipped with board games and snorkeling gear! Giannis was honestly the best host we've come across, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. He brought us fresh homemade traditional dessert and cheese pies and even brought us goodbye souvenirs. We were hesitant in booking at first as it looked isolated and security was questioned however the moment we got there we felt comfortable and safe, the property is equipped with outdoor surveillance cameras (he taught us how to unplug those for our privacy) and the surrounding beach was lit at night. Giannis told us all about the best beaches and restaurants on the island and was very easy to communicate with.

Beautiful property, in a wonderful location! Lots of thoughtful extras including slippers in the bedrooms and some extra food in the kitchen including coffee, cereal, jam, honey, milk, juice, and butter, etc. Our host Dimitris was amazing and gave us many excellent recommendations for food and places on the island to visit. Absolutely incredible!!

Very unique property that just made our stay. It is close enough to everything you need but remote and beautifully quiet at night once all the beach goers from the nearby beaches leave. Communication leading up to our stay was very good. Marinos kindly organised for us to be picked up from the port at 11pm at night. He was then waiting for us at the property. We recommend you do this as it is out of town and dark. The Boathouse is well appointed with everything you need. Bed is comfortable, day beds in the living area are also very comfortable. There is a full size fridge and adequate cooking equipment etc. The balcony area is where you will spend all of your time just enjoying the serenity. The little beach is fairly private, the water was crystal clear and the perfect temp. We swam from 6am to 9pm, it was just perfect. The bathroom is small but adequate, but honestly how much time are you spending in there anyway. There is also an outdoor shower which we preferred. There are a few stairs that are easily navigated when you take your time. It was just a few at the top that could use a rail, but then that would detract from the overall environment. We stayed for 6 nights and loved every minute.
