We were on the island for a wedding. Other family members remarked that we had the best accommodation. The view was excellent. The space in the house was great. Amenities were excellent. If we needed to speak to anyone, there were immediate replies to our WhatsApp enquiries. Nothing seemed like a problem. The air conditioning was terrific. Kitchen was big and so well equipped. The terrace was spacious and perfect of an afternoon. Showers were fine and water pressure was great. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Loads of bed linen and towels.

Location is more then perfect. Meyisti is a tiny island but this property is just near the port, so you dont have to carry your luggage's all around. It is not in the middle but in the beginning of the restaurant & cafe area, so you can reach these easily and when you come back to the house you dont hear any noise or see crowd. It is the second house from the see so a little bit higher from the sea level where all the people walk so perfect for privacy too.

3)On Saturday and Easter Sunday, there was not enough hot water in the house to accommodate 5 people. The house was relying on a solar water heater, that had a really small boiler for its needs. As soon as one of us had a shower, the hot water was finished, so the rest could not bathe!!!!!!!! The reason was that there was a broken fuse in the switchboard that could not be fixed immediately, so the water could not get electrically heated. 4) The weather during our stay was bad. It was windy, rainy and cold. At the groundfloor room the windows were letting in cold air, so we had to move the beds to the other side of the room, plus covering the windows with pillows and sheets in order to avoid catching a cold.
5)The house is located very close to “Faros” bar that illegally had very loud music until 2:00a.m. with the tolerance of the local police. As you may realize we could only sleep after 2:00a.m.!!!!!!!!!
Our group was consisting of me and my husband that are middle aged, our teenage daughter and my elderly parents (91 & 84y.o.). We went to Kastellorizo for three days to relax(?????)
Overall, our stay was not satisfactory at all. We could not sleep, we could not bathe and we had to solve issues that we did not expect to face during our vacation. The house is a very nice house that however lacks serious maintenance and should not be rented when the weather conditions are not 100% favorable.

The property was in an excellent location just behind the harbour with all the lovely restaurants . It was quiet and we had a room at the back which had a balcony overlooking the little church and hills, which was peaceful. The building had a lot of character and was very clean and simply furnished.

Firstly Peter greeted us at a nearby restaurant and kindly walked us to the hotel. The Pensione is located a street behind the seaside main street. Very easy to access everything. The hotel has only been open a month so the facilities are excellent, great attention to detail and very clean. We even had a little kitchen space in our room with a sink, mini bar, glasses tea and coffee. Also beautiful restaurants a couple of steps away. Good wifi. Thankyou very a lovely stay!
