We had a fantastic staying at 12 villas, it is aperfekt accommodation going a big group or a family. We love the idea with the privacy, the private pool and all the facilities combined with us ordering breakfast and choosing whatever we wanted day by day and the time for the breakfast that was really good. The room service was also great for the days we wanted just stay at the Villa. Manuel was a great host and very fast responding if we had questions about what to do in Rhodos and giving us discount when renting a car, etc. We will definitely come back again and recommend this to our friends!

The villa was clean & spacious, beautifully furnished. The pool area was better than expected with toilet, showers & bbq. Great party venue for friends & family. Lots of bedding if you searched all bedroom storage. Lovely upstairs balcony where we could all fit around the table. Outdoor night lights were a lovely touch in the manicured garden. Lots of outdoor furniture around the pool. Neighbouring dogs were very friendly & laid with us, which we enjoyed. Huge TV in every room, which we didn't watch. Between the 2 kitchens there is everything you need to cook a large meal. Also, every utility you need such as hair dryer, iron, wash baskets etc. Very local supermarket. The small island was easy to drive around. The prettiest beach tavernas were on the west coast. We didn't realise that the season hadn't started & most things were shut but this didn't take away our enjoyment of the villa. It was lovely to not be with tourists. The owners cook a traditional meal on one evening, which was a lovely touch. They live minutes away & were on hand as soon as I called to change a light bulb. Very friendly.

The villa was extremely comfortable and well appointed, and the views from it were amazing. The pool was such a treat, we all spent hours in it! The garden was really well maintained and equipped with high-quality furniture for relaxing and eating outside on (the BBQ was brilliant). Inside, the kitchen had everything you need, the aircon worked perfectly and all the beds were comfortable. The food, water, wine and beer left for us on arrival were much appreciated, as was the care shown by the Marcin who welcomed us. We had a brilliant holiday and would definitely return!

The house was lovely and comfortable. Lots of great recommendations of places to eat and close location to lots of beaches. We went to Tsambika beach most days due to the sand and shallow waters for swimming with a young child (10 minute drive) but there is one with pebbles just 200m away. Recommend having a car.

A fantastic villa with an elegant pool in a well-maintained plot with nice planting. It has plenty of room both inside and out, is private and secluded, and yet just a short stroll to the family-friendly streets of Kolimbia for food, shopping and entertainment. The villa has everything you'd need for a really comfortable stay: from air conditioning to streaming tv. Kolimbia itself makes an excellent base to see Rhodes by car: it's midway between the two main towns of Rodos and Lindos, each a 30-45 minute drive and both a must-see. From the villa, it's a few minutes to walk to the beach, but there are several other beaches in a 10-30 minute drive that are well worth the visit (our favourite was Agathi Beach).

The location was amazing and the Villa, pool and grounds were wonderful. One could not ask for a more secluded setting. Set some 3-4km from the main roadway down winding dirt roads adds to the charm and being surrounded by nature and wonderful scenery makes this an idyllic setting. You will need a car given the location.

Excellent Location, Kolymbia is best location on the island, its mid way between rhodes town and Lindos/South of the island. Lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. The background of the house is a mountain, good view and scenery Whole house is clean. Very spacious. Facilities are excellent. Everything you need is inside the house. Swimming pool was cleaned every alternate days. The swimming pool was really good. Staff were great and really helpful. Good privacy.

Perfect location, close to main road, but far enough to not hear traffic noise, you can travel easily to Rodos or Lindos within 20 minutes, and other beautiful beaches just 5 minutes way. The owners are the friendliest people that you will ever meet, and they have nice tips of which places to visit whilst on the island.
