The house is more than a house, it is a home which is glad to welcome its visitors. The rooms are very spacious and clean and the beds are very comfortable and inviting. The house has 2 terraces and a balcony, practically one for each room. In the morning you can hear roosters singing outside. The living room is very cozy. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances and the washing machine in the bathroom is a spoil. The air conditioners (each room has individual air conditioners) are more than enough, providing the perfect temperature. Regina and Kostas, the owners, are great people who make you feel part of the family. Moreover, the suggestions for the visits, the beaches and the contacts provided are so very welcomed. We've been to many places in Greece but this is by far the best. I LOVE HOUSE KOCHYLI!

We stayed at Lighthouse Villas 2 for a week, our host met us on arrival, was always available if we needed anything, gave us some lovely recommendations for places to visit, places to eat, including their wonderful family restaurant in Argistoli. The villa was really easy to find, we hired a car from the airport and it took 15/20mins to get to the villa, very easy driving. The villa has everything you need for a holiday, towels were provided and beach/pool towels. There was a washing machine and everything dried in minutes outside in the sunshine! The view from the villa was amazing, the waterfront is a stone's throw from the bottom of the garden, there is a bench by the water and even from the garden you can watch all the boats, kite-surfers, birds on the water. It did get windy, especially in the evenings, so we had some interesting card games when we were chasing flying cards around the garden, but nothing to hinder our enjoyment! The cleaner came twice a week, the place is spotless, but do take care on wet floors as they can be a bit slippy, but there are mats in the bathroom to keep you safe. We had a perfect holiday and cannot thank Vaggelis and his family enough for looking after us so well, thank you!

Incredible location. So quiet and peaceful - great refuge after a day out. Hariklia is an amazing host. Very hospitable and attentive. Villa is extremely clean comfortable and spacious. And the pool is incredible. We had a car which is essential to explore the island and its treasures. Some very good tavernas near by in walking distance and also some great quiet beaches.

Our host Nico was really attentive to all our needs, nothing was too much trouble.
We stayed for 9 nights and ate at a different restaurant each night all within walking distance.
All the people we met were all very friendly and welcoming, Svoronata is a very relaxed place with a really nice feel.

Excellent private location! Despite being just over 10 minutes drive from the airport you felt so secluded there, as there was only 3 other villas and everyone is quite well spaced out so you don't hear your neighbours! Pool is excellent, temperature & view! Also great touches in the villa were washing pods to use in the washing machine, free bottle of wine in the fridge & a drying rack on your balcony!

Fabulous view, the friendliest and most knowledgeable host (Daniel) and a large and comfortable, very well equipped house. This is a house, not an apartment. It has a beautiful large terrace, large living room and kitchen, two bedrooms and a huge yard. The place is quiet and very private, but it is only 12 minutes drive to Argostoli, the capital and one of the highlights of the island (great restaurants, bars and pedestrian area).We’ve been many times in Greece, but this was by far the best property we ever rented. The villa was in a great location for access to beaches and local villages, supermarkets and restaurants as well as short drive from Argostoli. It was very clean and modern and very well kept inside and out with cleaners and gardeners visiting every couple of days and the views were fantastic. It is a very private and peaceful place!
Amazing views both front and back. Private pool, very clean (pool tended to throughout our stay) clean and tidy pool area with trees/hedges making it not really overlooked. Gas BBQ, table tennis and plenty of garden furniture. Two airers for drying clothes. Pool towels.

The host and villa were wonderful. Arrived to find a lovely villa, very clean, a delicious meal waiting as well as a fridge full of food and drink. Just what I needed after a long flight. Janis made sure that my stay was perfect and was always ready to help. The villa is large, comfortable, well furnished with good air con. The garden has fabulous views over to the sea and mountains and a spotless, secluded swimming pool. Janis really cares that his guests have a good time and I really hope to come back one day.

Such a beautiful villa with a private pool - modern, stylish, roomy and comfortable. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Wonderfully kind hosts who introduced themselves when we arrived and who gave advice and recommendations about places to eat and about beaches and places to visit. We have been quite frequent visitors to the island but this is the first time that we have taken a sailing to Ithaca - which we took from Agie Efimia and which we enjoyed very much.
This has been a great place to stay.
