I liked absolutely everything. For over a 10 years, we are going to Greece for a holiday as all-inclusive, and Sithonia is not a new experience for us. What was new- the bungalow for a holiday, and i must say we didn't disappointed, the owner, Elisabeth, made our stay special. From the first met till the last farewell, she was carring and supportive. And I can strongly say that if we will need accommodation in Sithonia, for next holiday, we will definitely go back to Elizabeth Luxury Villas.

The house actually has 4 bedrooms! There are 2 baths with toilets, 1 separate toilet and 1 outdoor bath. Maria was very fast solving some issues that we had. It was very clean and Maria also organised a cleaning in the middle of the stay. The patio was awesome, very shady and the mosquitos were not much. We parked our 2 cars in the driveway. Beds were very comfy. We had absolutely everything to have an awesome stay.

We spent nice week in Stella's villa. Stella suprised us with welcome gift (fruits, bread, wine, cheese, ham, some sweets etc.) as well as with the Greek desert during our stay and goodbye gift:).

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Very well maintained complex, beautiful garden, common area, children playground, outside shower, vicinity of wonderfull small and big Spathies beaches, both with natural shade, also a short walk to famous Kalogria beach.
Appartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable. Good aircondition, two terraces. The host, Kostas is always there to help if something is needed. The cleaning lady is very neat and the towels and bed linen was changed every 3rd day.
Would love to stay there next year again.
Very nice, warm, cozy place to have a quiet vacation. Rooms are very well decorated and very clean. The shared kitchen had everything we needed, it was a pleasure cooking and eating there. The terrace roof is also a delight during and after the sun set. It is such a delight to relax up there. The owner Manos is a really friendly and easy going fellow. I really enjoyed our conversations with him. Hope to see you again my friend :)
