The house is very unique and located near the long and rocky beach. It was easy to find it with the help of instructions (gps address). We liked a house with the peaceful surroundings. There is a really nice path for outdoor enthusiasts. There are only few houses near Heras house, and no shops. Lack of shops wasn't a problem for us because we had a car. Special thanks for a washing machine and the swimming shoes. We would like to come back!

We stayed three nights. Ioannis and Nikki are great hosts. The view is magnificent, rooms are very clean and looks nice. Swimming pool is great. The place is closw to Samos town however renting a car is needed to go to the beaches and other places, like in elswhere in the island. The place is 10 min away to Kokkari beach and 20 min to psili amos which are lovely. Overall our stay was peaceful and wery nice. Thanks.

It was the perfect place to experience the village life. The view was amazing and Stamatis was very helpful. He treated us like a friend, he is an amazing host.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The location was perfect, it was close to taverns and markets. The best thing about the hotel was it was very close to the beach, which was very clean and beautiful. Staff was very friendly and cheerful, they explained everything in detail.
Didn't have breakfast there. The rooms were very clean. Toilet bin was emptied every day. Bed linen & towels were changed every other day. The grounds were well kept. Staff very freindly.
Karin is a great host . She really trues to make sure you have a great stay. The accomodation is very clean and very comfortable. The balcony with sea view was very nice to sit in. The shop downstairs also run by Karin and Nikos is very convenient.

It is a lovely apartment, with an amazing view on the sea from the living room and balcony! The lady that opened the door for me waited for me. I truly recommend this place, very clean, nicley decorated and close to anything in Ireon, shops, restaurants, beach etc! 10/10
Great hotel with lovely staff! Christina will be your local friend and support you in any way she can :) price/performance is very good, the room was a bit small yet very clean which we appreciate a lot. you can rent a car or use a taxi to go to Pythagorion or different beaches, if not there are some nice beaches very close to the hotel.

Nice, new apartment that is tastefully decorated. Very clean and comfortable. Excellent private terrace area with a hut tub and comfortable seating. The location is great, just a short stroll away from the beach and restaurants. The host was very welcoming and friendly. They have a cafe on the beach with free sunbeds which is an excellent place for a swim and to spend the day. We would definitely return if we are ever in the area.
Very nice family hotel not so far from Ireo beach, Very friendly owner and the staff. Many restaurants around. Supermarket and bakery nearby. Very clean.. Quiet neighborhood.
