We spent 5 wonderful nights at Artium Villa with Outdoor Pool by K&K in Foinikiá, and we cannot express enough how positive our experience was! The villa is located in a charming, traditional Greek village, far from the hustle and bustle of Oia, yet close enough to all the main attractions. The area is completely pedestrian, ensuring total peace and quiet with no traffic or noise disturbances.
Kostantinos, the host, was impeccable: precise, available, and extremely supportive throughout our stay, making us feel truly at home. The villa is beautiful, spacious, and tastefully decorated, and it offers a stunning private pool with a sea view that left us speechless. We greatly appreciated the spotless cleanliness of the house and the attention to detail.
The kitchen is fully equipped, perfect for those who love cooking even while on vacation, and the washing machine was very handy for doing laundry during the stay.
If you're looking for a peaceful and authentic retreat in Santorini, with all modern comforts and excellent service, Artium Villa is the perfect place. We can't wait to return!

The place is so quiet, clean and beautiful. Private parking and close to Oia (5mins drive). They provide house cleaning and refreshed towels everyday with full sets of amenities. (Just like a 5-star hotel!) Unlike jacuzzi in other accommodations, it is clean, warm and well protected by a cover (others with bugssss flowing!).
Dimitris is very friendly and attentive. Much appreciated to his 5-star hospitality, he welcomed us with wine and recommended some nice restaurants and places to us. The air-con switched on in advance and the jacuzzi was in nice temperature that you can immediately enjoy it.
Thanks for his connection (I guess!), we got the best table enjoying the sunset view and, of course the nice foods even we booked it a day before!

This house and location are absolutely stunning, there are heater and air-conditioning units in each room so each person has the flexibility of having their room at whatever temperature they like. Every room has its own restroom and shower and there’s an additional restroom upstairs near the living area. This property faces the beach and is on the quieter side of Santorini. Full kitchen with everything that you need. 5 stars I would definitely stay again.

The amazing with this property is the outdoor. It has its own private beach, though little rocky,
Absolute privacy - the closest neighbour more than 500m away. And even though very private only a 10 min drive from Oia, 10 min drive from Fira. The access to the villa is through a small road which leads only to the villa (dead end).

At night it is totally quite and due to the absence of neighbours close by you dont get disturbed and at the same time you can not disturb anyone.

Andreas was very friendly and responsive to any questions or issues that we had, he has been an amazing host. We stayed in the third villa, which had a perfect orientation for both sunrise and sunset to watch directly from the seating area or the plunge pool. Villa itself was very clean and had everything we needed, mattress was comfy and shower was great as well. Definitely would recommend.
Very clean and in a nice quiet location. Short walk into oia and a little shop nearby too! The sunset view from my own private little pool was lovely and the staff were great, booked any Taxis I needed and even order food for me.
Beautiful property, great location with a very nice view! About a 20 minute walk away from Oia and about 10 minutes away from the bus stop that take you to Fire and the port. The spa was awesome and very well used and the apartment was very clean! This made our stay so much more enjoyable! Only issue is the walking through the bumpy roads from the finikia parking lot - that is mainly if you’re carrying a lot of luggage. Apart from that everything was great!
It was amazing! I was a travel solo and took some days to relax in Santorini and this place exceeded my expectations. The room was big, very clean and each room had a jacuzzi.
And Vasilis was very friendly and helpful.
We stayed here for our honeymoon and it was incredible! the staff were very friendly, the villa was very clean and it was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (kitchen, refreshments, coffee and tea and drinks including wine etc). They laid out lovely flower petals with our initials as a special gesture for us! The private pool was amazing, really clean and just for us! would highly recommend!
