Our stay at this villa was absolutely perfect. The villa was very clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment.
Every detail was thoughtfully considered, with everything you could possibly need provided in the kitchen, outdoor space, bedrooms, and living area. Whether we were cooking meals, lounging in the garden or just lazying around, we felt completely at home. The only minor suggestion I would make is to add a coffee machine, which would be a great addition to the already well-equipped kitchen.
The location of the villa was ideal for what we were looking for. Nestled in a quiet and almost secluded neighborhood, the peacefulness was one of the main charms of the stay. The villa is a perfect retreat for people seeking an escape from the dynamics of todays world.
For those who enjoy a more tranquil beach experience, there is a quiet beach nearby (292 meters from the villa), perfect for lying down and soaking up the sun. It's a simple beach with umbrellas, free from the distractions of bars or cafes, which we found to be perfect for unwinding.
Despite its secluded feel, the villa's location is also great for exploring Chalkidiki. Assuming you have a car, you're just a short drive away from some of the more lively and famous beaches in the area, complete with beach bars and a vibrant atmosphere. It was the best of both worlds—peace and quiet at the villa, with easy access to more bustling spots when we wanted them.
The host was incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. He sent us a detailed guide with locations and links to some of the best places to visit around Chalkidiki.
Overall, I recommend this villa for anyone looking to relax in a beautiful, serene setting while still being close enough to explore all that Chalkidiki has to offer.

It was in a quiet location with a beach. The sun loungers were super comfortable. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioning was great. Modern and clean. The apartment was astonishing, stylish and well-equipped. There were even a little playground for our children. They loved it! The hosts are the most hospitable and adorable couple I have ever met. We did not lack anything, they have even prepared coffee, butter, marmalades, different kind of juices in the apartment. The house was brand new and it was spotless. We are definitely going to return.

The very well equiped accommodation is located in a large garden with olive trees, two tables under large trees, a barbecue area, children's play area, outdoor shower and parking space. There were also tables at the house for a sunrise breakfast. With a bit of luck you could see flamingos and other birds, and even dolphins from the beach. The kilometer-long sandy beach was around 20 minutes away on foot (5 minutes by car). But the highlight were the hosts, who were extremely hospitable and helpful. When we arrived the fridge was already stocked (water, wine, beer) and had fruit, pastries, coffee, tea and jam. We thank Veta and Ionannis for their big hearts. We immediately felt at home.
