This is a new, very nice property. Cozy and elegantly decorated, with everything you need. Because of the high temperatures now it is not possible to sleep without AC, and this one is a good one and silent.

The property is located in a very tranquil area near a beach. As soon as you arrive you can feel yourself relax. The houses are very comfortable and kitted out with all you could need for your stay.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
The apartment was very clean and big. For us this location was just a sleeping over on the way to Meteora. On the main road we found very easily a parking slot. For the breakfast there was a butter, jam and chocolate spread with coffee and tea available. The beds were just perfect.
I am used to stepping lightly when reading about luxurious housing, but in this case it was more than true. Great location, wonderful views, very clean, cozy and comfortable, easy to find, the owner was more than helpful and we were in constant contact. The amenities were great and plentiful (the house is setup for 5 and we were two, but there were amenities, pillows etc for 5 people).
I will be visiting family in Amphilochia a couple times a year, this house's availability will be one of the factors from now on.
