Astonishing view over the Aegean sea and Evia's shore. The houses are placed in an olive orchard, it's quiet and gives you an relaxed holyday feeling. The houses are clean, not luxurious but fit and authentic.
You can find nice beaches nearby and also make a lot of trips.
The hosteses, Panayiotis and Marina, where living some where near, and they're really friendly and helpful. They brought us olives, olive oil and vegetables from their garden.
There's actually 6 houses, attached two by two, only four of them are for rent. We had a bit of a problem with the Wi-Fi, which weren't working most of the time. You will definitely going to need a car for trips and groceries. Have a nice stay! :)

Thank you to Greg for his warm welcome. The villa was well equipped, clean and comfortable. The beach is really nice, sandy and located 100 meters from the villas. Good coffee, juices and ice cream at the beach served by the restaurant Dolphins next to our complex. There is a nice restaurant with terrace and good view in Olivia also.
We had very delicious fish, ordered a day earlier and brought to our villa.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We loved everything. The space was big, the huge upper terrace had a wonderful view to the garden and in the distance you could see and hear the beautiful blue sea. The apartment was very clean with comfortable beds. The location is close to the beach and the Agiokampos seaport.
The owners are wonderful people, warm and kind. They were very helpful, sending us a guide for the island, giving us every information we needed to have a perfect stay.
