Nikos, from the very beginning of our communication with him, went above and beyond. Every time we contacted him about anything, he was quick to respond and was always willing to help however he could.
The villa itself is located in a rural and quiet part of Corfu with its own beautiful beach, which to say we liked, would be an understatement. The rooms are clean, well-equipped, and everything is arranged to make you feel at home. The garden is also very spacious and beautiful.
The region around the villa also has places you might want to check out if you enjoy exploring.
We are very happy with our stay and can safely say it has been the best seaside vacation we've had so far.

Everything was fantastic! The beautiful, almost new villa with beautiful furnishings and everything very clean. The central location on the island and a supermarket nearby. The privacy of the lovely garden with private swimming pool. Everything shows the loving commitment of the owners Maria and Christos, from reception to departure. That makes the stay most special! And yes: you sometimes hear dogs, music or the road, but also many cheerful birds in the garden! For us, Greece does not equal silence, so that was allright too.

Sometimes the best holiday memories are of the country , or the place you stayed or the people you met . With Corfu , Riza Stone Cottage & the lovely Vassos , we had the benefit of all three . We cannot possibly improve on the previous marvellous reviews except to say that they were all justified .
A few practical tips ;
Check with Vassos about car hire , taxis and excursions before you go on line . You will not go wrong .
Turn right out of the drive & walk 10 mins to Linda's ( from Halifax ) supermarket and then right again to walk uphill for 5 mins to Spiros 97 taverna ( ask to sit upstairs ) .
Turn left out of the drive & walk 5 mins to the green line bus stop for the bus from Ermones to Corfu town . 2 euros & 30 mins
Finally . Thank you Vassos for being the warm , kind person that you are . We were sorry to leave and when we left , it felt like saying goodbye to a dear friend .
