Beautiful house, good location and view, very good for trips to most parts of the island. As we arrived late in the night, the owner organized to have anything we need to the first day breakfast. Almost daily surprises with fruits leaved on the terrace. Very good communication with the owner, who sent us an excellent list with recommendations for our trips on the island. We enjoyed the recommended beaches, restaurants and places! A very good house for a family! We had a great vacation there!

One of the best location ever! A cozy and nice house with a very friendly owner. Cold water in the fridge, coffee, potatoes, tee, oregano from the owner.Easy to contact him. The house is nicer than I saw in pictures. And also bigger. Inside and outside you have everythink you need. There are 3 AC, one for each room, but you don't realy need its. The house is cool. The rooms are large and also the bathroom (it has a large window). It's a traditional house but also a modern one. Mobil phone has no signal, but this is not a problem because the wifi is perfect if you want to contact the worl (but you'll not). Lot's of great beaches are closet (only by car 10-30 minutes), taverns to eat. Thank you so much, mister! Sure we will come back and we will recommand it!

Very perfect vacation home, even better than in the photos. Stunning views from the windows and very clean. We were very warmly received by our hosts and were given delicious fruits, jams, drinks and even beers upon check-in. The vacation home was very well equipped and even had a cake baking mold, as a friend happened to have a birthday during our stay and we used it to have a cake. Not far down the hill are ferries, restaurants, cafe, supermarkets and a beautiful very child friendly beach. Everything was so perfect, thank you very much.

The villa is situated in quiet location, no neighbors around with perfect connection to the beaches and Lixouri, 2nd biggest city on the island. The view from house during the day or in the night is great! The house or facility outside give you more than you expect. The owners Babis, Fotis are friendly, always ready to answer any questions, helpful. Everything was prepared for our stay, there is service of cleaning during your stay. I can recommend this property for sure!

Incredible and calm location on the half-island Paliki - breathtaking view Obviously the best accommodation we have ever had. Very confortable furniture and and excellent style. Modern and perfectly working technology (AC, washing machine, TV, oven) The Villa had everything you will need in your holiday. (washing machine, cooking facilities and equipment, TV (with NETFLIX) Excellent infinity pool placed on the huge outdoor area with a lot of privacy. Beautiful and cute lights during the night You can totally relax during your holiday. The owner is very friendly and obliging. We made the request if a later check-out id possible and it was no problem (free later check-out). The Villa was cleaned every 3 days (your bed linen will be changed, whole villa cleaned incl. Pool area) A car is recommended and necessary to reach in less then 10 min the second largest city of Kefalonia (Lixouri) - with many food spots, bakeries and some shopping facilities. Not as touristy, which offers more relaxed and authentic holiday experience.
