It was lovely, so much better than booking a tiny hotel room. we also got a lovely basket of goodies on arrival. it was immaculately clean and so comfortable to stay there. The pool table and games were a brillliant added extras. If we ever need to visit the area again we will book straight away.

This is the cosiest night away, the location it’s at is beautiful, farm animals, people who live in the beautiful cottages are all friendly. I took my partner for a night away after struggling with mental health and it’s really made his day, the beautiful barn wow where do I start, you get everything and more. As you walk in it smells gorgeous. The bar is equipped with the tools you need if you fancy making a cocktail, the board games you have we played were really nice. The kitchen is perfect cupboards filled with everything you need, we took a walk down the road and seen the lamers, horses and sheep it really ties into the theme of the bar. The bed in the master bedroom unbelievable comfy, the pillows you just sink into, the little added details with having a coffee machine with the pod’s as well as tiny little things like a lighter to light the candles. The fairy lights outside making the hot tub that extra cosy for what you pay you definitely get more than you ask for, I say up your price, the people that own it are doing there job unbelievably beautiful. 10/10 stay and we will certainly be back.

Excellent,superb location. Quiet, comfortable, everything we needed for our stay.
The owner was welcoming and friendly. The location was close to pubs and shops and good for main road links. The bedroom was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast selection was excellent and the poached eggs were perfect.
Great location, Off the high street with a Sainsbury 1 min away. The owners were helpful and provided everything we could possibly need and more. They even had a book with instructions for using things, where to find things, restaurant menus etc. Very clean and lovely area!

Excellent communication with owner. Flat was very clean and John even asked what milk we would like on arrival. Together with tea, coffee, beer and wine what more could one ask. Just a 2 minute walk to Yarm town centre
Very clean, tastefully decorated, with excellent facilities. Owner Steve was absolutely charming and very helpful, gave a very warm welcome! Location was perfect, right on the High Street, in the midst of great bars and restaurants - and yet set back enough that there were no disturbances from any revellers! Would most certainly book again! 😀
