Loved the bungalow, beautifully fitted out. Great to have a garden too. These owners shad been so thoughtful there was everything there anyone could need for a lovely stay. The property is only a short walk to the local facilities including a very good pub.

Rooms clean and welcoming. Lovely clean towels. Facilities had fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen sink, hairdryer in each room. Thankful for milk in fridge too. Rooms are not interconnected but are separate rooms next to each other. Nice garden area and patio with shared drive with owners house next door, accessible electric car plug point available. Able to shut gates and block bottom so our dogs could run around in garden which they enjoyed too. Remote location but close access to A roads so restaurants, shops and coast all easily accessed. Nice walk up farm lane over fields near old Windmill. Great was dog friendly.

Wow! Very clean and fresh. Ideal location to visit family in Hove. Quiet location. Comfortable beds and the towels, face cloths and complimentary shower gel/shampoo were a lovely touch. The owners communicated promptly and were very friendly and helpful.

Pretty little cottage, equipped with everything you need for your stay. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Being able to take our small dog with us was a bonus. Hosts very informative, they also let us know their family would be coming into our garden whilst we were there to water the flowers. Beds very comfortable, we all slept well. Cottage location is idea for visiting other seaside towns. The view of the windmill was lovely.
Property is lovely , everything felt fresh and new and it was very clean and well presented. Location close to beach and amenities and the welcome by the host was fab and generous.
Basic cleaning stuff was kindly provided to help settle in. The terrace views from the upstairs lounge are great and a true delight for summer evenings.
Greeted by very friendly staff and allocated a front room on the first floor. By chance we had a car parking space in the road outside which is free between 6.00pm to 9.00am outside of those hours you have to at the meter. Beware of the drips from the Lime trees however. There is also an NCP car park within easy walking distance up the road. The room and ensuite were very clean and tidy with adequate tea making facilities. The breakfast had a good selection for all tastes.
The location was fantastic, right in the middle of town. The host was very helpful with information upfront re access and parking (which is challenging somewhere like that). The rooms were very clean and tidy. There was an info board with wifi passwords and the like. The bed was very comfy and the shower was very nice. It was perfect for our stay. We liked the private garden / terrace too.
