The lodge location was perfect, pub 5 minutes walk and tourist attractions and the coast a short drive away. The Lodge itself was so clean, comfortable and quiet with its own outdoor space and stunning sunset view from upstairs.

Was a lovely cozy stay. Everything and more that we needed. The flapjacks, coffee pods and other complimentary items were a lovely touch. Very comfortable and well equipped accommodation. Very close to amenities, and a nice peaceful location.

Excellent place to stay. Only one night but it was fantastic very clean room overlooking the river. The bed was so comfortable. We booked for an evening meal and it was huge but very good,I had the steak it was done to perfection. Breakfast was very good too, plenty to choose from will definitely stay again if I am down in the area.
Quirky room mixed old with new, very clean with complimentary toiletries.

Food excellent with specials during the week including a pint.
Booking for the restaurant is a must as it gets very busy from 6pm.
The room was a reasonable size for a short stay. The shower room was very tight for space but ok. It was fine for us but if you like your TV it is very small too. The bed was comfy with nice white linen. It was all very clean and there was a good view. We didn’t have breakfast (extra £25.00 for two).The Wi-Fi was also good. If you want an evening meal you must book as the pub does get very busy. Everyone was friendly and it was very good value for the price we paid.
