Lovely location and really welcoming hosts. The information pack left was very useful. Can strongly recommend the Red Lion nearby for food. The Lodge was really clean and beautifully furnished. It's not often o sleep so well in strange beds but struggled to wake before 1000am.

Beautiful setting and surroundings at the most perfect little cottage.
I watched the birds feed and the squirrels scurry about eating all the foods left for them whilst I was just sitting at the garden swing reading and drinking my morning coffee. Absolute perfection!!! Jennie is an absolute treasure and such a wonderful wise, funny, gentle and unassuming host and quite possibly one of the most interesting and kind people I've ever met. I just wish I could've stayed a few extra nights as there's so much peace, comfort and space to simply be. I'll definitely be back.

Beautifully decorated and renovated cottage. I adored the stone flooring, it was done to a high quality. Each room is a great size, great entrance/boot room with washer/dryer. Amazing bathroom, massive and the shower was excellent. Lovely kitchen, lounge and the bedrooms were comfy and tastefully decorated.
The view over the fields and hills was gorgeous and the horses in the field surrounding were so sweet to see. It’s a beautiful spot and we really enjoyed our stay. Great location to go off exploring then returned for a peaceful evening. Felt safe and the cottage had everything we needed.
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
We liked the property very much, location was very good, the host was very responsive and supportive. The view was very nice. The property was very warm and everything was very clean

The holiday cottage is on there working farm with lovely views of the fields from the kitchen window, There is a local shop and also a pub just a few miles for food and drinks
