The accommodation is stunning, and the photos don't do it justice. Everything was immaculate, very well decorated and very clean. Ann was an amazing host, always available to help. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

The lodge has everything you might need for a relaxing break, is very clean and tastefully decorated and is set in idyllic surroundings. We loved that getting to Bewl Water edge was a pleasant twenty minutes walk away. The hosts do things properly and the attention to detail makes a difference. Looking forward to visiting again.

Hotel very clean and tidy, all staff were very helpful, it was a good hotel to stay at traveling for business as there were a few other people in the restaurant dining alone so it felt a bit more relaxed

Excellent property in an idyllic setting. Everything exceeded our expectations. Hosts extremely friendly and accommodating. Very welcoming, with extensive knowledge of the locality and far beyond. Fresh cheese, milk and bacon in the fridge, plus some gluten-free cup-cakes awaited us upon arrival. A real jewel of holiday homes.
