Excellent property. Easy to find and good access to Otterburn itself and Woodhill Hall wedding venue nearby. Excellent kitchen facilities with everything we could possibly need. A member of staff met us with a key as organised. It was lovely to find milk and eggs provided in the fridge. Beds were very comfortable and there was lots of hot water. All in all we had everything we could want.

Location fab, lovely quiet site, caravan was clean and had everything we needed for a nice 4 day break. Had a journey out to Amble and a fantastic meal at the Cook and Barker Inn at Newton le Moor. Overall it was a lovely relaxing break and the dog loved walking round the lake and in the woods.

Super breakfasts made to order; and super evening meals. The locals eat there which speaks volumes. The room was very clean comfortable. We had a room that looked out onto the main road which concerned us initially as we thought it might be noisy in the morning, but it was very well double glazed, warm and quiet and our initial concerns were unfounded. The view from the back of the property from the restaurant across the valley is fantastic. And some of the rooms have views across the valley.
