Brilliant place to stay! This was our second time staying, first in 'Wee Shot' and this time in 'Half Pint'. Both are clean cozy and comfortable with everything you need. We especially liked the log burners! Lovely, friendly hosts and a great location to explore Tain and further afield in the Highlands. Just next door to the Tain Adventure Cafe which has the best Mac and Cheese! Thank you and good luck with the bus! 😊

Lovely cottage, very spacious with everything you need for a holiday.
The beds are super comfortable, as are the sofa and arm chairs.
We would highly recommend Cluaran Cottage and would definitely stay again.
We briefly met the owners (because someone forgot their shoes so we had to go back!), who were very nice and friendly.

Loved our stay! It had everything we needed & also dog friendly which is always a bonus. The container is well equipped & spacious enough for 2 people & 2 dogs. Very clean! It was a little cold to start (it was a freezing, wet & very windy day) but the mini log fire & wall heater soon heated the place up & it became very toasty & cosy in no time. The bed was comfortable - genuinely the only bed I've slept in when away from home that hasn't aggravated my back pain! Parking available right outside. Very easy check-in. Quiet area, we didn't hear anything from the outside. Breakfast cabin around the corner which served good food 👌🏻 Walking distance to the pebble beach. Perfect little overnight stay & would definitely stay again.

Breakfast was perfect for me. Fresh fruit and yogurt, juice and gluten free toast. Everything looked very appetising and the dining room was very clean. The member of staff was friendly and helpful.
Me and my girlfriend loved this place, we would definitely consider to come back again one day. We already miss this place. We stayed in the cottage, which was very clean and practical, absolutely top value for money in my opinion. Cameron, the host, was very welcoming and helpful at arrival. We couldn’t have chosen a better place for our first trip to Scotland.
The apartment was very clean, spaxious, comfortable and was well equipped with everything that we needed.
The bed was really comfortable, all utensils and the whole kitchen area was very clean.
