It was clean upon arrival and had all the necessary kitchen utensils - plenty. Colourfully decorated and extensive grounds were a bonus!

The Bolt Hole is a lovely property set in a peaceful location with sea views. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The furnishings are lovely and fitting with the coastal views. The host, Tiffany was extremely friendly and helpful with excellent communication. The bed was very comfortable, with super soft bedding. We only stayed one night whilst visiting the Hide & Fox for lunch, but we would have booked a second night immediately, had it have been available. Cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely be staying here again when we next visit.

Absolutely stunning house in a brilliant location right on the seafront at Sandgate.
The house has everything you could want or need for a large family group (as we were) or multiple families with free parking on the road right opposite the house.
Inside the house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and all the equipment you could need (dishwasher, washing machine, large double fridge freezer and an extra small freezer, loads of crockery - inc plastic for the kids! TV in most bedrooms, lots of USB ports).
All the bedrooms are bright, airy and really good size (with at least one en-suite); topped off with the most incredible family bathroom!
All in all an amazing place to stay!

The house is right opposite the sea front and is easy to find
Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Absolute gem! We only stayed here overnight to break up the journey to Disney but we now want to come back to enjoy the area. Fab hosts, messaged on the day with helpful info, warm welcome in person and a little hamper waiting. Beds are unbelievably comfy and the place is very clean with all you need. Throughly recommend.
