I love the location though definitely want to have a car for how remote the location is unless you are like me and don’t mind 40 minutes walks to get to the nearest village. Walks were beautiful. Location is beautiful. Property was nice and clean and I found nothing broken. Everything worked perfectly.

Excellent layout, perfect fir a family with 2 children or 2 couples. The electric radiators are a good asset, particularly if the weather is wet. TV was equipped with good applications for a relaxing film before going to bed.

Lovely cottage tucked away down a track looking over the lake and next to Cunsey beck. Comfortable cottage. Nice touch from Graythwaite estate to leave a small hamper of local goods. Also nice to be able to book to use the pool.

The cottage itself was a cozy dream, well-equipped with all the necessary facilities, and came with a thoughtful touch: one bath towel and one hand towel per person together with a washing sponge, dishcloths, and dishwashing tablets too. The guaranteed reserved parking was a huge perk, especially for travelers with a car. There's even a lake nearby, perfect for adding a scenic touch to your walks in the beautiful surroundings.

Well equipped and comfortable, loved the log burner fireplace and loads of hot water. Very well organised and great communication. The location was perfect for us, away from the chaos of the main centres but still close to lots of key places and easy to get around. Being pet friendly too is a major plus for us.
