Delightful quintessential period cottage, three bedrooms perfect for us (3 friends over 60 down for a wedding). Kitchen well equipped, pretty enclosed garden, Sky telly a bonus, great dining area, nice warm shower. Parking fine. I’d stay there again.

The Bolt Hole is a lovely property set in a peaceful location with sea views. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The furnishings are lovely and fitting with the coastal views. The host, Tiffany was extremely friendly and helpful with excellent communication. The bed was very comfortable, with super soft bedding. We only stayed one night whilst visiting the Hide & Fox for lunch, but we would have booked a second night immediately, had it have been available. Cannot recommend this property enough and we will definitely be staying here again when we next visit.

Absolutely stunning house in a brilliant location right on the seafront at Sandgate.
The house has everything you could want or need for a large family group (as we were) or multiple families with free parking on the road right opposite the house.
Inside the house is decorated and furnished to a very high standard and all the equipment you could need (dishwasher, washing machine, large double fridge freezer and an extra small freezer, loads of crockery - inc plastic for the kids! TV in most bedrooms, lots of USB ports).
All the bedrooms are bright, airy and really good size (with at least one en-suite); topped off with the most incredible family bathroom!
All in all an amazing place to stay!

The cottage was extremely well presented and clean throughout. You could tell a great deal of thought had been put into designing and equipping the cottage to provide everything their guests would need. The views from the cottage were over rolling countryside yet it was conveniently located. The host was friendly and welcoming. We’ll definitely stay again the next time we’re in the area.

Great for families or large parties, holiday homes are privately owned accommodation, available for long or short-term rental. These homes are furnished and equipped with kitchen facilities for self-catering, although breakfast may be offered as an add-on. These properties have their own independent front door, which makes them different to apartments.
Clean room, excellent location if you´re travelling to/from the continent, friendly staff, very reasonable price ....but not much else, it´s on a property with vacation homes, etc, so it´s good for just a bed....
Location was ideal, room was very clean and modern. Staff were very helpful. Parking was free and the room had a decent size TV. Plus you were able to use the indoor pool if you wanted. The room had a bath.

Essay access to Dover ferry port. Very clean, comfortable beds, clean bathroom. Easy and efficient checkin and key box for checking out as was not during daily hours.
This was our second visit in the space of 4 months. First time we came as a couple and this time we bought our 2 boys. The rooms are spacious and very clean. We needed two rooms and I requested them be next door to each other. We had rooms opposite each other which worked out well, as we could keep the doors open when we were in the rooms and the children could go between.
Excellent place to stay before an early ferry to France. Very clean good sized room. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Short walk to the cliffs for an evening stroll.
