Very clean, very comfortable and large house to stay in. Angmering is a lovely village. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has the right amenities and never had such a complete house. 2 bathrooms and toilets are a big plus! It felt as if it was ours and not a holiday home.

Rooms clean and welcoming. Lovely clean towels. Facilities had fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, kitchen sink, hairdryer in each room. Thankful for milk in fridge too. Rooms are not interconnected but are separate rooms next to each other. Nice garden area and patio with shared drive with owners house next door, accessible electric car plug point available. Able to shut gates and block bottom so our dogs could run around in garden which they enjoyed too. Remote location but close access to A roads so restaurants, shops and coast all easily accessed. Nice walk up farm lane over fields near old Windmill. Great was dog friendly.

Lovely house in a very quiet location. Close to the beach with parking for one car. House has everything you need for a stay and the kitchen has labels everywhere which are very useful. Nice external area to sit in the sun. Very comfortable en suite master bedroom with separate bathroom upstairs for the other bedrooms. As good as anywhere we have previously stayed so would thoroughly recommend it. 2 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk along the promenade to the pier. As Craig Revell Horwood might say "Fab U Lous"

We stayed with a four-year-old and the property felt very safe for her. The pull-out floor bed was great as she can still fall out at night, so this was useful.
There were lots of useful items to help with cooking and cleaning which reflected a thoughtful host.
Gong to the beach was an easy short walk and great fun in a strong gale and rain.
The location was perfect for visiting my father who lives 10 minutes walk away. It was very clean and both the bathroom and kitchen looked almost new. The shower was great and there was a lovely heated mirror to make it easier to use after a shower. The place had everything you could want and the owner left things for making tea, butter, and a pack of biscuits as a welcoming gift. The bed was fairly comfortable and had a lot of pillows. Great off the road parking.
The location was perfect for the purposes of our visit. The property was very clean and well equipped. Although we aren't dog owners any more the enclosed garden area is perfect for dogs.
It was just perfect for our stay and had everything we could want to enjoy our stay, it had books sky Netflix
even blankets to chill in the evening with .they even left us a bottle of wine a loaf of bread and butter.
