We loved our stay at Groom Cottage. It was beautifully decorated, had all the amenities that we needed, the location was perfect as we were attending a wedding nearby. A walk through the property and up in the fields is good for the soul! Nick and Juliet were excellent hosts and provided so many little extras.

Owl's nest was the perfect home away from home. The accommodation was well appointed, clean, in a great location and the host was amazing. We were welcomed to the property with home baked cookies and fresh milk in the fridge which our host had prepared for us. This small thought meant the world to us and really set the tone for the rest of our stay. There was also a picture album showing the conversion of the old barn to the cottage and included historical information. My kids loved learning the hiatory and could not believe that we were staying in a cottage that was over 300 years old! Very cool.

A lovely little cottage felt like home straight away. Pretty much everything you need is supplied and was lovely to arrive and find eggs, milk and choccie biscuits were waiting for us. The owners are lovely and made us feel very welcome and let us know to see them for anything we need and then left us to enjoy our stay. Would definitely stay again its a very quiet relaxing location but there's plenty of place to explore with a short drive.
