The breakfast was really tasty, the service wasn't great. the person wasn't very enthusiastic or attentive. The room was beautiful but there was only one small bottle of shower gel. I feel for the money there should be fresh milk in the rooms for drinks and also a better quality coffee. We also felt that the check out time was also early and that it should be midday like a lot of other establishments. The house its self is beautiful and it is spotless and a great location into town.

We loved that the hot tub was ready on arrival,

Location albeit busy was near a local sainsbury supermarket amongst other facilities.
The house sits back on a main road but noise is very slight. Doesn't impact on sleep etc.
Beds super comfy, great to have little shower gels etc provided.

It’s a lovely big house in a nice area. The location for us was fantastic as we came down from Halifax to visit the safari park; which was approximately 15 minutes away from where we were staying. There is an Aldi and a Morrisons a short drive away, which again was ideal. The garden is massive and well maintained. Our kids loved the trampoline and the swing.

Prior to arrival communication with Bianka was excellent, very quick to respond. We arrived after an arduous journey, and Bianka met us and showed us round the property. Very cute and quaint. Lovely and clean with really nice decor. A few lovely touches such as shower gel, shampoo and soap, towels and water. Keys very easy to find, and lovely touch leaving the outside light on for us.
